My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding Anniversary in November at the AC Hotel in Chesterfield. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were! Kelsey Clark, and her team, did a fantastic job of organizing this milestone event for us. We met with her several times to discuss the room and table setup, food preparation , video presentation, dance area, etc. We had a wonderful celebration with friends and family! Many of our guests commented on the beauty and cleanliness of the venue, along with its large, inviting lobby area. I highly recommend AC Hotel in Chesterfield! Thank you, Kelsey!
Great hotel and location. Only challenge is the parking, which is primarily located on the back side of the hotel. When I arrived at 5pm the back door was locked and was forced to walk around to the other side of the building. Again not a huge deal, but for those with mobility issues this could be an issue.
The staff here is extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel is very up to date and nice. We did have an issue the hot water while there but it was fixed and the staff handled it very professionally.
Very pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. Property is very new and well appointed. Staff were all great and very friendly. Food at lobby bar/restaurant was fantastic and fairly priced. I thought about staying at the Ritz (which was 3x the price), but chose here to be with some others in my group and glad I did. Nice experience that I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
Nice hotel. Clean. On the modern side. Room was clean and in working order except the clock. Nice fitness center, but it was also quite busy in the mornings before work. Starbucks coffee. Breakfast not included.
Stunning newer hotel in the Chesterfield area. The staff was extremely helpful and kind upon check in. The lobby has great vibes for socializing or even getting work done. There are even conference rooms with TVs you can tuck away in. The icing on the cake is a cappuccino from Ben at the bar! He had great energy and went above and beyond to ensure my morning started off with a smile! Your trip is not complete without visiting him!! By far, the nicest AC Marriott I’ve stayed at!
The hotel was very nice, as was the meeting space. But what was outstanding was the team- the gentleman working at the front desk named Justin was wonderful. He was kind, professional, had a fantastic memory and exceptional customer service. You rarely meet people who make such an incredible impact. This hotel is blessed to have such a tremendous asset in him!
I had the fortune of stopping at this property for a couple of nights while in town on business. The manager at the front, Nick Blodgett, immediately jumped in to accommodate me. He booked rooms, cancelled already existing rooms elsewhere, and offered a friendly approach during my entire stay. I was impressed with the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall professionalism of the staff. Shout out to Nick and his entire team at this property. Great job!
